Special discounted room rates have been secured for the participants of the 2nd IAAE Annual Conference at the following selected hotels. Participants should contact the hotels directly to make a reservation. Participants are advised to book rooms as early as possible, since rooms will be reserved on a first come/first served basis.

Deluxe Room size: 25 m2. Children under 2 years of age stay at no additional charge with their parents. Children between 3-10 years old stay with their parents (extra bed added) with an extra cost of €15 per day.

Free transportation to/from the city center will be provided by the hotel’s shuttle bus every 30 minutes during the conference.

Free transportation from the airport (for June 24 only) is provided by the hotel’s shuttle bus (five bus trips will be arranged on that day, the exact timing will depend on demand and will be announced at a later date).
